ABOUT ME

First and foremost, I am a long time enthusiast of Level Design. I got my start into this field from the Halo 3 Forge editor and never really looked back. Creating spaces and seeing how every change made directly influences the player, drives me to be better and creative in every project. Learning new things is a constant goal for me, whether it's a new approach to something, a new tool for the job or just reading a new article on design.

Spending the last dozen years as a Level Design hobbyist, I took the plunge to pursue it as a full time career in 2020 and have now been in the industry ever since. Fun fact- while I've always had an eye on Level Design, prior to dedicating all of my focus to this amazing field, I spent over 7 years as an Expert Certified Technician for Toyota. Interestingly, cultivating an expert level discipline in solving complex problems in the automotive industry has served me incredibly well in Design. To put it simply: I have the patience and problem solving aptitude necessary to be an asset to any development team.

In my spare time, if I'm not working on Games, I'm playing Games with friends, family or my Wife. We welcomed to this world our first born child in June, and he is absolutely everything to us. I also enjoy traveling, watching Basketball and Esports as well as trying out new food joints that I've never been to.
